    • Feeder EF-185
    EF-185 is a compact air suction feeder which is a combined system of vacuum pump and electronic controlled elevator. The sucker cylinder can feed various kinds of cards.

    Nail feeding system
    Electronic controlled nail feeding system in our unique design (patented) Rotary Encoder converts every revolution of blanket cylinder to electric signals. Nail feeding unit controlled by the encoder and stepping motor makes head positioning possible by 0.01mm order. You can adjust the print position easily by keyboard without stopping the press.


    Electronic print impression control
    Newly electronic controlled mechanism (patented) adopting our stepping motor makes it possible for everyone to operate the machine easily.



    Double sheet detector
    Double sheet detector stops the feeding and prevents double sheet feeding. You adjust the detector seeing the keyboard indication.

    Lever style plate gripper
    Gripper can hold paper plate, flexible plate without punching though PS plate is set hanging it on the pins after punching.

    Revolving detachable ink fountain
    We adopt revolving detachable ink fountain as a large-sized press and you can switch ink easily because the fountain is fixed firmly.

    Lateral fine positioning by Dial gauge
    Registration of lateral direction by 0.01mm is possible with handling a dial gauge.

    Keyboard operation
    Almost all of the operations such as setting of positioning, speed, feeding, printing pressure, ink volume are made from the keyboard.
    Equipped test mode can check the mechanical part.
