 Card cleaning unit - Blanket type |
|
Blanket type card cleaning unit can remove the dust on the surface of cards and burrs of card edges letting cards pass through the unit.
Dust on the blanket is transferred to the small cleaning rollers and the dust on the small cleaning rollers is furthermore transferred to the big cleaning rollers. Big cleaning rollers are automatically changed according to the number of printed card without stopping the machine. Roller adhesiveness will recover after cleaning by special cleaner.

Removed dust will be discharged to outside by a strong exhauster. Ductwork is necessary to exhaust the dust to outside.
