Varnish Coating System
Features
  • Varnish coating system with a roll coater style exclusive for card sized paper.
  • 700mm of cards can be mounted on the feeder (OP-8009VL type).
  • Standard sizes of leveling conveyer section are 3m or 1.5m.

    ·Simple & compact design of the coating section assures the easy operation.
    ·Coating process is done with the high speed of 7000paper/hour.



    Leveling Section LC-315
    ·Standard sizes of leveling conveyer are 3m or 1.5m.
    ·Double heaters of 0.75kw are equipped and the leveling quality is fine.
    ·Dust cover is covered all over the leveling conveyer.
    ·Only the conveyer section can be offered to you. This conveyer can be installed to the PLEXTOR machineries or the other manufacturers' machineries you have.
    ·Adjustment of the delivery speed and the temperature is at your option.


    UV Dryer and Delivery Elevator Sections UV-015·ED-701
    ·UV dryer of 1.5kw type.
    ·halide doped lamp of 120W/cm (Mercury lamp is also available.)
    ·Speed of UV dryer is adjustable according to the varnish type.
