A simple roller coater, SG610UV is all-in-one system constructed a roller coater, a leveling conveyor, and an UV dryer. Since it is a hand-fed coater, way of using is quite easy and how to maintain is also simple. It is the best choice for varnishing on short-run prints such as printed materials from an on-demand printer. The operator of the printer can handle it easily.

With UV curing material for coating agent, SG610UV is capable of drying instantly and thus improving productivity. The feature that only UV can cure the material does not allow it to go to solid on rollers, which makes daily cleaning easier afterwards.

In the standard specification, it is a hand-fed. The operators set printed material manually. If you need an higher productivity, there is another option of adopting an elevator feeder, which is capable of 3,000 sheets per hour(@B3 size), and shows great performance even as an after-treatment method for traditional offset printing.
